As the CEO of Triple SSS Entertainment, LLC, Essence Moraldo has over 30 years of experience across different industries including advertising and marketing, entertainment/music business, sports management, and TV and Film.
She has been sought after by industry heavy-hitters for her tenacity, insight, world-class client support, expertise in supervising business relations and facilitating highly detailed projects.
Her successful track record in strategic branding, sponsorships, and media advertising has led her to repeated success in managing corporate accounts for Fortune 500 companies.
Earlier in her career, Essence’s reputation as an electrifying entertainer won her numerous international awards and led her to perform on stages worldwide and domestically. She made history as the first female Caribbean artist to perform at CBGB and in front of crowds at KTU Beatstock, VIBE Magazine, and Good Morning America. She has collaborated with Queen Latifah, Shaggy, Supercat, Salt-N-Pepa, and The Notorious B.I.G.
Essence was also the first black woman to own a celebrity Showtime & Entertainment basketball team in the mecca of street-ball culture, New York City. Her squad featured players from Nike, ESPN, AND1, the Olympic Team, and worldwide.
Her accomplishments only motivated her to also dive deeper into her philanthropic efforts. She is a champion at giving back to the community having worked on numerous humanitarian initiatives throughout the United States and the Caribbean.
Essence was also awarded a citation from New York Mayor Eric Adams for her business and humanitarian work.

Jennifer Le has garnered over 15 years of experience working for notable companies and partnering up with prominent brands both in front and behind the scenes in entertainment and digital media.
She began her career as an intern at the iconic hip-hop radio station WQHT HOT97.1FM in New York City where she earned her own on-air show, Weekend at Jennie's, under the moniker "Jen From BK." As a Digital Manager, Jennifer helped pioneer the station's digital footprint; developed projects, and spearheaded marketing strategies for both digital content and station advertisers. She and her team successfully built their social media platforms to millions of followers and drove website content to historic viewership. She also created various digital shows such as her women empowerment series "Ladies First," which represented New York City for YouTube's Women's History Month global campaign.
As a media personality, she hosted numerous events, red carpets, live streams, made TV appearances, and interviewed A-list celebrities in lifestyle, music, sports, television, and film.
Jennifer later worked for Apple Music as a Music Content Specialist, and also ventured into the world of TV and Film where she's directing, producing, acting and screenwriting. Who is JENBKLYN, a mini-documentary about her life which she co-produced through her production company, won "Best Film Production" at 2018 Connect Her World Film Festival and placed in the Top 20 overall.
